1. Avoid sleeping with drugs. Said clinical psychologist and sleep specialist Michael Breus, you should avoid taking sleeping pills when you first fly. Because, you don't know how the body reacts to it in flight.

2. Try melatonin instead.

3. Don't drink alcohol.
Alcohol interferes with sleep, said Breus, who has written several books about better sleep and writes blogs about the topic. Dehydration will disrupt the sleep rhythm, he said, so that you sleep soundly so that you are easily awakened by noise or other disturbances.

4. Prepare sleeping equipment. Breus said that he kept complete bedding while going to sleep. Eye masks will be very important for blocking light. Ear plugs, travel pillows, lightweight blankets or sweaters (for airlines that do not provide blankets) to relaxing music and water to stay hydrated.
