Do you like drinking Milk before go to bed? We all know that milk is a special drink which can be consumed by all people all across the world.  Lots of good things we can have if we drinking Milk every day.  Is that true?

Milk contains a lot of nutrients that sometimes are not found in food, so it can supplement daily nutritional needs. However, often milk is considered important only for children, so this habit stops when growing up. Even though the importance of drinking milk also applies to adults. Because drinking milk will provide various benefits. So, in what age does milk consumption be needed?

In fact, consuming milk has many benefits for the body, both for children and adults. Well, here are some of the benefits of milk that can be felt by adults, including:

First , Maintain bone health.
The benefits of this one need not be questioned. Milk is a good source of calcium and vitamin D for bone health. Every adult needs approximately 1000 mg of calcium per day. One way to meet this need is to drink milk and consume other dairy products, such as cheese and yogurt.

Second , Healthy brain.
A study at the University of Kansas, United States, showed that those who regularly consumed milk had higher levels of glutathione in their bodies than those who did not drink milk. Glutathione is an antioxidant that is good for the brain. The presence of these antioxidants can avoid brain cells from free radical damage obtained from food or pollution.

Third , Prevent high blood pressure.
Milk contains high potassium (potassium) and is good for maintaining blood vessel health. This will prevent an increase in blood pressure as you get older and generally can maintain heart health.

Fourth, Build muscle and prevent depression.
For those who want to have good body posture with strong muscles, milk can be the choice for accompanying regular exercise.
